Hi, I’m Janet Testaz, but you can call me JT.

 I am a holistic nutritionist and a self-love and mindset coach. I am passionate about supporting people on their wellness journey, not just in the physical sense, but an awakening of the mind and soul too.

As a holistic nutritionist and certified life coach, I believe the body is equipped to repair itself when given the right tools and some genuine self-love. But I would never have come to this realisation without my own life-altering health scare…

At age 26 I was rushed to hospital in excruciating pain due to a rare type of malignant kidney tumour and 5 days later had my kidney removed. The surgeon told me to just ‘ eat and drink as normal and I knew that there was way more to it than that. Like why the hell did this happen in the first place?

I knew that from this experience I had a lot to learn and subsequently, a lot to give. I embarked on a journey of self-discovery, amazed at just how holistically my body worked and responded to change. I then went on to study life coaching and nutritional medicine, connecting my real-life experiences with intensive training.

My own healing journey with adult acne, hormonal imbalances, digestive issues and gut problems combined with my Advanced Diploma in Nutritional (Naturopathic training) Medicine, gives me a practical and personal understanding of the issues involved.

With life-giving foods and emotional management tools used to reconnect with ourselves, I am dedicated to sharing my knowledge and enthusiasm for complete, vibrant wellness to everyone I work with.

Holistic treatment understands that systems are intimately linked with one another, therefore you are treating the WHOLE person for a condition: body, mind and soul. By looking at the big picture with what is happening to your health, we can see what is holding you back. Janet uses functional testing combined with the ancient wisdom of food and culture to apply changes to ourselves so that we can improve our modern daily lives.
