A holistic nutritionist, emotional healing facilitator, and peak performance coach devoted to empowering women to reclaim their vitality, confidence, and clarity. I have a special focus with women facing exhaustion, burnout, hormonal imbalances, anxiety, and weight challenges. My comprehensive approach integrates the biochemical, physical, and emotional aspects of health to address root causes and unlock true wellness.
My journey began in 2010 with a life-changing health crisis. After being rushed to hospital and diagnosed with a rare malignant tumour, I underwent surgery to remove my right kidney. The standard aftercare advice—“eat and drink as normal”—was starkly inadequate, fueling my resolve to find deeper, more holistic solutions.
This led me on a profound path of self-discovery, revealing how mainstream health approaches often overlook the body’s natural healing power. Inspired, I pursued nutritional medicine at Nature Care College in Sydney, learning to harness nutrition and lifestyle changes to support true health. Alongside this, I realised how my unresolved emotional trauma and suppressed emotions played a massive part in my health crisis. Embracing powerful emotional healing modalities transformed my own health and became essential in my work.
Now, I blend nutrition, naturopathic insights, and practical somatic coaching to help clients heal their gut, reset their metabolism, and regulate their nervous system. This holistic, integrative method supports deep, lasting transformation, guiding women to rediscover their most vibrant, balanced selves.

I had my first normal period this month in can't remember how long I was pretty excited, it was just normal like it only went for 5 days it was on time and it was normal bleeding no super heavy bleeding or clot.
